My black pandigital will not turn on... every time I try to use it, it says it's charging then it goes to the word search boot page (the page that appears as it turns on) then it starts to load... the bar that is at the bottom of the page goes across once but at it's second try it freezes and then it tries to do the process again... but at the 13th or 14th try, it gives up and I try everything to get it to work, Help me please!
