Shared Internet connection via USB?

After having searched this forum I can't find a definitive answer/solution to this question. If the S7 is attached to a PC via its USB cable can the S7 share the Internet connection of the PC when there is no WiFi or 3G available to the S7?

You could use connectify. I don't think Huawei developed this functionality, even though it is possible to implement.

xaueious - I'm not sure I understand your suggestion. The PC is hardwired. If there were wireless around I'd just connect the S7 to the wireless. Sorry if I'm being dense. Can you explain further?
