System Update on July 4?

I'm sitting here watching Fiddler on the Roof when a notification pops up talking about a system update, 4.x something. It's downloading now...

What is this suppose to me, HC 3.1?

Installing now....unzipping...

Rebooting now...

Oh...something very different here now....must be HC 3.1...cool.

Almost done...this part takes a while....

The final reboot seems to take a while....I have the word 'android' on the screen....taking long enough to cause .....up...done....says Update successful.

Oh...please wait for the APK to be Pre-installed...oh...complete.

I guess its finally done now....

I'm in California. No update as of today, July 4th.

I'm in Virginia, no update here either. Maybe they are doing a soak test today to make sure no major issues happen.

I was expecting to be among the last...that is how it was for the update we got several weeks ago....I was totally surprised by this....
