WM8650 Gaming issues

Is this tablet a real tablet? Or just a clone?
And i installed Angry Birds off the Amazon Market since the other App Market and the Official Market wouldn't let me download it for some reason, why is it not showing? All i can do when running Angry Birds is press the Menu button on the side and R M L appears then the credits play. Anyone help? And i ain't installing a ROM or rooting or Bricking it.

It's real in the sense that it runs a version of Google's Android OS. It's not real in the sense that it's not Google certified, so it doesn't have access to Google's Android market.
