Zeepad WiFi Problems

My Android Zeepad Allwinner A13 boxchip cortex a8 Android tablet won't turn on wifi. When you press the button to turn on wife the screen just stays on.. Turning on wifi. It never gets to the screen that says all available wifi connections

I have a zeepad allwinner a13 boxchip cortex a8 Android tablet and when you turn on the wifi all it does is say turning on wifi and just stops at that??? I did a factory reset and it still won't work? Please help

If a factory reset would not even allow you to turn WiFi on my guess is that you have a system board problem, but it would be worth checking the link in the previous post.
