i have a zt180 tablet that i need to reset

i go to settings and privacy there is no option to do a factory reset
only options are use my location and settings backup my settings
anytime i go and try to add something it has an email address and password option with an email i don't have
i tried removing the email account but it says i need to do a factory reset
what do i do to fix this?
