Recently got update for my coby 8127, tried to get google play unrooted without sucess till today.

. This video did the job now running play, recent update also fixed move apps to external sd card

Thanks for the info ! I can't test it at this time but can you tell me if every app, like Maps, could be installed via the play store ? Thanks a lot.

EDIT : ok, i've tried. Same problem as other gapps package

i had google play working on gb 2.3.3 kyros 1125 just install gapps-ics-20120429-signed.zip use recoverytools.apk
edit prop.build to different model and all works ok.

google are idiots , i have now install it on my kyros 1125 gb 2.3.3 and also tested on my kyros ics 4.1.1 it works fine.
google are just restricting the market so you have to buy a new device.
