Can you recommend another model so i could have it replaced by a different one. Coz i think this problem goes for all MID 7048 models.

it seems that it is a common issue on coby 7048. any way read post #38 on page 4. traveller is trying to help

Hi I'm new in this forum and i have the same problem with my COBY MID 7048 seems to me this happens if you get your battery drained. Is there a simple way to mount my internal SD card? If there isn't then i would have my unit replaced from the shop where i bought it. May I ask what unit does not have this kind of bug? Would it be better to upgrade to a higher model or does all COBY units have the same problem if the battery gets drained?

I cant believe it they got it to work. It seems you have to press volume +, - and power at the same time... Try it for the other guys that had the same trouble.

Britanicca? and i can't download because the message in es file manager SD CARD not mounted nor present? how to Remount this? if i check my 2nd internal storage memory in settings it's missing i can only see the 1st partition 1.50gb and my ext_sd the 8gb MMC my device is Coby kyros Mid7048 tnx

I got to remount the secondary internal SD Card. As I mention on my previous post. press power and volume + & - for 5 seconds and check. Only problem some applications installed must be re installed again but it worked for me. try it out.
