24 Pin docking station or cable extender

I have been desperately looking for my epad Flytouch which has a dongle. The dongle does not sit firmly to the Tablet. Unfortunately mine is not 30 pins but 24 pins. I am sure some one also has a similar unit and could they kindly provide me with details where I can obtain the connecting cable?
