I got the imito im7 for christmas. The buttons on the back I.E back, home, search, menu. Do not work. They worked the first day now I cant get them to work. I did a factory reset with no luck. The buttons are needed. Do I need a Firmware update? or a download a driver?. This is my first experance with the Android OS. Thanks in advance..

try installing button savior it puts soft buttons on your screen, they do the same thing as the physical buttons
