Ordered the 10.1" Gtablet today what is best rom to change up to?

Curious on what rom is best to go to I want to up it to using Honeycomb 3.2 if 3.3 works and its better that will work too.

What i'm looking for in a rom is apps that will still work like Hulu +,HBOGo,MaxGo,Pandora,Netflix and stuff like that.
Any suggestions and if so where do I start??

Does Hardware acceleration still work? Most of the rom upgrades lose hardware acceleration that's rough.
