The Ferrari was closing on the Nissan with a 4mph higher spped at the end of the quarter mile. In not too much more distance it would over take the Nissan if that is any consolation to the Ferrari fans

AND, that 1/10 second could be attributed to driver reaction time. I feel better already.

This is what happened to the Nissan as soon as it passed the finishing line, they didn't show it on that video of course but I got connections and they send me the picture!
