Can the APAD be modified?

I have the rockchip apad and i really do like it, the only problem is that it does not work with my HTC EVO hotspot, so in other words it only works at home and i need it for when not at home. so does anyone have or know where i can get a Windows CE OS image

Sellers of Tables from China on Amazon beware and eBay. Best to contact them first through Amazon or eBay. Lot of shady business practices are going on. They know you're not going to buy a 300, 400, 500MHz over 800MHz, 1GHz. They kinda change the specs to make their item sell! Like bate and switch dealing.
